Ken Small selected as ITEA Honorary Member

The ITEA is pleased to select Dr. Ken Small, Professor Emeritus of Economics at University of California Irvine, as the Association’s first Honorary Member. Ken is and has since long been a highly influential transportation economist, with several seminal contributions to the field. This includes his pathbreaking works on the valuation of time, scheduling, and unreliability; discrete choice analysis; congestion modelling; pricing and investment in transportation; urban economics; and energy efficiency and fuel pricing.  Ken has furthermore been the Inaugural President for ITEA.
